Just got a 4110 and trying to work out what should work w/ it.

The provided stylus is used / broken and has no side switch --- tried pens from my old Wacom ArtZ (old-style, single side switch) and Wacom ArtPad (newer rocking side switch and eraser) and while they allowed pointing, clicking and inking, the side switches and eraser wouldn't work --- they are turned on in Windows XP Tablet PC's control panels AFAICT --- is there somewhere else they can be set? Or do I need to purchase a ``Penabled'' stylus?

Anyone have a suggestion on an alternative which will fit in the pen silo and be easily pulled out?

Anyone want to trade such a pen for a Fujitsu Stylistic 1200/2300 active digitizer pen and spare AAAA battery and some other accessories?

William

you should be able to use any Wacom digitizer pen for an active digitizer. We usually sell this one as a replacement: http://www.alltp.com/shop/pc/viewPrd.asp?idcategory=16&idproduct=286

I think that or any similar pen should not only work, but fit in the pen garage.

Thanks! I managed to get the pen from my ArtPad (w/ eraser!) working --- just installed the latest Wacom TabletPC pen driver, switched the control to the driver from Tablet PC and turned on hover click and it's just like the old drivers on my ArtZ that I'm used to (guess I'm dating myself, huh?).

It doesn't fit in the silo so that one could easily retrieve it though, but I'll work out some sort of clip or pouch for it in my pen case I guess. I put the old one in all the way and will have it to dig out as a backup.
