Hey everyone,

I'm a graduating college student who is seriously considering business school and will most likely be working a lot in spreadsheets, research, and multi-level information systems in my upcoming career. I need something that is comfortable, durable, lightweight, easy to use, and also with enough memory that I don't get bogged down. Also, a decent size screen and keyboard is preferable. Can somebody help me out? I really want a tablet but I'm not sure if it's the right choice for me. Thanks!

Of course a tablet is right for you!

Anyway, even though I'm a "slate" guy, based on your use a convertible tablet is the way to go. You definitely want one with an SXGA+ (1400x1050 resolution) screen so you can see more of your spreadsheets on the page. You can put up to 4Gb RAM memory in any Core 2 Duo tablet so that shouldn't change your mind from one to another.

Do you need a DVD built in? If so, then Toshiba M400 or Fujitsu T4220 is probably the way to go. If not, look at the Lenovo X61T or the Fujitsu T2010.

It's better if you set a budget, there are so many to choose from, there is also the toshiba m700, hp TX2000 series, gateway (mpc) E155c series.
