Need touchscreen tablet that I can program

Hi Everyone,

I would like to find a touchscreen tablet that I can program myself. Preferably I need something cheap. This tablet would not be used as a personal tablet. This is for a business idea I have. It just has to have an ability to show a webpage and have wifi/usb functionality(some way to transfer data).
