First, I'm sorry if my English doesn't make sense, because I use English as a second language.

I want to buy tablet that the cost isn't too cheap or too expensive.

I like to do design work and also graphic work too.
I think i need many technology such as Webcam, fingerprint, wireless, bluetooth, DVD-reader and cardreader.
I want the screen 13" or lesser.

As i ever research for those option, i never find any tablet that suit all those option.

So, can anyone suggest me, which you think i should buy.
You can give me more than one type
and you also can give me only the name of that tablet..

But if you're not busy, plz. give the specification of that tablet for me.

Thanks you very much
for helping me!

I'm guessing that your searches have been hampered by the need to have a DVD drive AND a screen smaller than 14". I looked around, and so far I've found that at least a couple of models (Lenovo ThinkPad X61 and HP 2710P) can have optical drives with the purchase of an additional base, which makes the units thicker and heavier.

seems to me that there are a few that might meet your needs...
>>the Toshiba M400 has a built in dvd drive, is a 12 incher and has most of the other features you mention (no webcam)
>>same goes for the new Toshiba M700 - and it has a webcam
>>the Asus R1F and R1E have dvd drives and have 13" screens (no webcam)
>>no time to google right now, but I believe Fujitsu has one or two similar configurations
