I have M200 with Dothan 1.5G CPU, I want to upgrade to Dothan 2.13 PM 770 533MHZ procesor.
After upgrade, I use PC Wizard 2007 to check the frequency, it's only can run under 598 MHZ. I use tools from Jonathan (http://www.stormpaintball.com/toshiba/pom200t1.IMA

http://www.stormpaintball.com/toshiba/pom200t150.IMA

http://www.stormpaintball.com/toshiba/pm765.bin
Thanks a lot!) but seems can't write Micode to F/W.
How to resolve this issue?

Thanks.

I don't think that is the correct CPU for your system. You should be using a Pentium M 765 (2.1GHZ) which runs on the 400MHZ bus. Maybe the model you installed will work at the lower speed but I believe it was not designed for the laptop you have.

sshapiro is right.

400Mhz proc,not 533 for the m200.

(you are welcome BTW for the hosting of the files.)
