Will CX2610 take 2gb 1-Dimm?

so has any1 tried this? i dont want to buy this from newegg and have to return it and lose money on restocking fees.

If it uses DDR2 memory like my CX2620 does and you are wanting to use just a single 2gig memory card, then no, it won't work. DDR2 SODIMMS need to be installed in pairs of equal size. So installing a 1 gig and a 2 gig wont work. A 2 gig by itself wont work, but two 1 gigs, one in each slot will.
