HP TC 1000 Restore disk problem rediscovered

I just purchased a HP TC1000 tablet and cannot get the restore disks to work. Yes I am aware that there is a problem with the disk and DUSE. I have tried to follow ALL the links and blogs surrounding this topic to no avail. I would like any help that can be offered in solving this problem. Thank you in advance.
