onenote and vista on st4110

Hi.
I recently bought an st4110 on ebay. I decided to try vista for the improvements. I also bought onenote hoping to use it for note taking. My current configuration is:
933Mhz
768MB Ram
80GB HD

One note stops responding while it is coming up. I'm suspecting it takes to long to come up so windows thinks it hung. Has anyone run onenote w/ vista on the 4110? How about XP?
