Bluetooth Sync with Moto Q

Has anyone had any success syncing an LE 1600 with a Motorola Q (Verizon)? I spent days on the phone with a Microsoft technician and could never get it to work.

I have a Moto Q and I think I got the bluetooth sync to work, once. It has to be initiated from the Q, not the PC. I wasn't trying to do a bluetooth sync at the time but was setting up PDAnet for bluetooth tethering. I think it was when I was setting up the serial com port that it actually worked.
