I recently purchased a wireless Intel 2200 MiniPCI 802.11g card on eBay. I originally installed it and everything seemed to work fine. Next time I rebooted my wireless connection wouldn't go. Tried the new HP drivers for the Intel 2200, still no luck. I think the new drivers turned off the radio button. I tried to get it on but it was ghosted.

Re-installed my original card and have the same problem. The option to turn (radio toggle button) on the Intel 3B card is ghosted. I figure some minor glitch or check missing somewhere.

Can anybody help me out.

CoopGuy,

Have you tried re-installing QMenu?

Once you do that, you may be able to turn on the wireless again.

Here is a link to some of the HP drivers / downloads.

Re-installing the Q Menu worked. The new wireless card seems to work faster. Just wish I had the tray icon like with the old card. The info readout on that helped out many times.

With this card I get a tray icon outlining network strength and network connected to and that's it.

Thanks
