So I was wondering if there was anything more I need to do in order to get the pen-button working other than activating the feature @ the Control Panel? Because mine isn't responding no matter how hard or soft I press the button, so right now I'm forced to use the point-and-hold technique instead :/

Also, I'm curious as to know why the small input panel doesn't always pop up as I hover the pen above an input area? Does this have something to do with a setting or does the Portégé M200 just have a problem with recognizing these areas?
One good example of this would be the search bar located in the upper right corner of Firefox - I never get my laptop to show the "open input panel?"-icon here though it always pops up whenever I open up the START-menu and choose "Run".

Hello ConraDargo,

Before you touch the screen, press and hold the button on the pen.
While holding the button tap the pen on the Windows Desktop.

You should see the context menu (right mouse button response).

Don't feel silly. We've all been there in one way or another.

The small input panel only ever pops up (or gives you the option to pop up) over standard windows text entry fields. So if an app uses a custom form for text entry, Windows most likely won't realise it is a text entry field and won't pop up the little input panel icon.
