My TC1000 has started to behave erractically in regards to the wifi connection. Occasionally it will lose connection and not locate any networks that I know are present. I will reboot and sometimes it will connect to my network and sometimes it will not. It is erractic. I downloaded the Odyssey Client but I removed it because of its archaic interace.
Please give me some suggestions on what to do. I really don't want to retire my laptop yet because I have yet to find a suitable replacement.

Are you sure it's not an interference problem?
Is there a 2.4 GHz phone in operation nearby? Do you have a neighbor that just installed a 802.11N network?

I don't have 2.4ghz phone nearby. Not sure about a neighbor having a N network installed. How will a N network interfere with my built in Wireless card? Any thing I can do to combat these items if they are in fact around?

Some of the Early "Pre -N" routers used much more powerful wireless signal that could drown out nearby B and G networks.
Hopefully you don't have one of them as I don't think there's anything you can do.
