It took two years to release the LE1700 (of which all versions - like Vista - aren't shipping yet) and you have the cajones to start an LE1800 thread?!?!?!











Well, alright!

I wonder if Motion will end up being the "smart guys" because they've stuck with the 1.8" hard drive platform and with the advent of the SSDs that this will give them an advantage.

I'd like to see a version of the convertible keyboard that lets you do a TC1100-esque system of having a convertible or slate.

Built-in software that takes care of the synchronization problem for those people that use a tablet as their mobile computer and a desktop as their main PC.

Even brighter outdoor screen.

Customer upgradeable module for WWAN.

I think that's it for now.

Bigger, faster Hard Drive. I have an LE1600 with 1GB of memory, and spend way too much time looking at the drive lights.

Interesting observation about the LE1600's. I would have thought 1 gig or ram would be enough.

Does that mean m1400's with 2 gig's of ram are faster than the le1600's?
