recently purchased a used T3010

I recently purchased a used T3010. I came without a hard drive, but does have an XP Tablet COA and key. A borrowed a copy of XP Tablet, but it won't take my key - I called Fujitsu and they don't have a restore disk and want $550 to reimage a drive.

I looked around on web and evidently I need a couple of files from a working T3000 series (T4000 may work?), Can anybody email me the following files - PIDGEN.DLL, SETUPP.INI, DPDCLL.DL_, and EULA.TXT.

Any help would be greatlty appreciated.

search t3010 or t301d on ebay. you will find what you are looking for there. Takes a few steps, but worked like a charm for me. By the way, do you know if the t3010 comes with a hard drive caddy. Can't find one for it.

More than likely if the XPTE didn't take your key then you have a MSDN version and it uses a different CD key from the OEM versions. If you search the site here there are refences to the one file that needs modified to make the MSDN version an OEM one.
