Did anyone manage to get a full working copy of omnipass 5.0? Many laptop and Tablet PC manufactures are offering free full version copies of omnipass 5.0. If anyone finds anything please post. I am also looking for authentec drivers for LE1600.

Bad news! I think only Motion uses Omnipass, since their fingerprint reader is bought from same Softex? Damn Motion always using cheap stuff. IBM Thinkpad got their own and so does Fujitsu.

IBM and Fujitsu don't use their own. They just use another fingerprint module. Everyone then chooses what interfacing drivers and software to use with it.

The Authentec drivers are included in the Omnipass installer.

Softex is not cheap. Look at the companies that use their software.

Yeah I am looking for Omnipass 5 full version. I dont know why motion wont provide the full version anymore.
