LT C500 displays message "Operating system not found". I pulled the drive and replaced with a new fresh drive. During boot i get the message "NTDLR is missing". Anyone have any ideas?

What did you do to prepare the "new fresh drive"?

I did an Fdisk command, drive has one partition, Fat32

Fdisk alone doesn't make the disk bootable. You need to put an OS on it too.
