I saw something before where someone had used a lasso type tool to copy a section of the screen and paste it wherever. The only thing i can find on this is in onenote 2007, the screen clip tool, but this always is just a square and always opens what i highlight in a new note.

How can i lasso copy and paste random stuff wherever i want it like what i've seen around here?

p.s. i tried googleing and searching this forum for a while to no avail.
