I just got an 8 cell battery, which is great for increased life, but my x41 no longer fits so nicely in my little skooba sleeve. What cases have others found that hold the x41 with an 8 cell? I want something that is as small as possible, yet has room for the charger and cord.
Thanks!!

Thanks Loyukfai! Yes, those threads do address the issue, but seem somewhat unresolved as to a minimalist solution for the 8 cell. I'll keep looking! Thanks for the links.

The best case I've used for the x41 with the 8 cell is the ibm one...you can't carry a power cord with you though.

I have an SF Bags sleeve + piggyback + strap (www.sfbags.com). They custom make it to fit the X41T with 8-cell battery to fit perfectly. The piggyback has enough room for the charger/cord + a few extra items (usually my phone, MP3 player, $$, keys, etc). The sleeve has a thin back pocket which I usually end up stuffing with a couple journal articles. The sleeve also fits into my briefcase or knapsack easily. The sewing quality & fabric is excellent- I know it will last much longer than the laptop! On top of that, they sent it out the day after I ordered it.

We use the Toshiba case. It's made by Targus for the Toshiba tablet. It's p/n PA1331U-1NCS. It's a minimalist case (leather) with handles and a single pocket. It works in both tablet and laptop mode. It looks nice and gives good protection. Unfortunately, you have to take it out to dock the X60. We've used it on X41s, too. It's a great case.
