Tecra M4 Error Message at Start-Up

When I start the Tecra M4 I get an error message (select bay error). Any idea what this means

I have been getting the same message. I started coming up after I replaced the DVD drive which stopped ejecting. The DVD drive bay is called the "Select Bay", hence the error name. Any luck on fixing your problem? My new DVD drive doesn't work well (intermittent) so I'm going back for another.
