Looks like a legitimate auction, although it is curious that he has no reserve set on it and a "buy now" option for only $85. Seems like he would want to get more out of it than that... but maybe it is just me. Looks like somebody could get a good deal though.

I must admit, I did the "buy it now". It was just too good of a deal. I've been wanting it since getting the free trial which will run out soon, but the price was holding me back. I, too, couldn't believe the buy it now price. I've not had a bad deal yet on ebay and I'm hoping this one won't be.
