I'm having an odd occurance with a Simpletech uc

I'm having an odd occurance with a Simpletech ucf-100 flashlink card reader. The reader works fine on my desktop and laptop but when I put it into my tc1k it says the device is unknown. All drivers are up to date and I called simpletech and went through their troubleshooting.

Anyone have any ideas?
