I successfully installed pocket pc Apps - active sync and Outlook 2002 - but Tablet is not detecting my device (Toshiba e 740 )
Any suggestions?

turned out to be a Toshiba problem - downloaded the updated driver & now Outlook Contacts successfully transferred.
