How do I scan in a form document (my exam form) then enter both typine and sketching on top of it, then print out the finished product? Quickly? I'm trying to improve my medical record speed and neatness?[:I]

Northerngirl,
A good place to start is check out the sample AutoClaims that is included with the TabletPC SDK. And then the Scanned Paper Form Sample should be most of what you need. Saving and printing may will have to be worked out. In addition there are numerous examples on www.tabletpcdeveloper.com that should be helpful.
Good luck, come back if you need further help.

Northerngirl,
You can do this without programming with some creative use of Microsoft Journal. Get a soft copy of the form document, either scan it in for if you have the original document in Word or PDF then even better. Once the document is in an elecronic form, simply load it into a viewer application on a Tablet PC and "print" it into the Journal.
Once it is in Journal, you can save if as a Journal template and create new blank forms all you want. Simply create a new Journal file based on your template and annotate away. When you are ready, simply print and save.
I hope this helps,
