In PowerPoint I want to write on Slides However when I tap insert ink/drawing I get the following error message -
the server application, source file, or item Can't be found, or returned an unknown error. You may need to reinstall the server application.
I reinstalled the tablet pack But still no response or in this case no ink toolbar - I can get the ink toolbar to Popup when in slideshow mode but it will not save my ink.
writing/creating inked slides was a big selling point for me - I need a fix for this please.

Did you have an anti-virus program running when you installed it? Sometimes this can cause conflicts, you might try disabling it and then re-installing the tablet pack.

I assume you're running Powerpoint XP. I've been giving presentations and using ink since day one without problems, so I'm not sure where to start.

Perhaps one of the tech support type folks on the forum can suggest something.
