Hi
After fresh installation of XP PRO TE 2005 on Stylistic 3400 I can't get my pen to work.Screen is not responding at all.
When booting double klick is showing that screen is OK.
Hot spots on the bottom of the screen responding with no problem.
Several info when starting XP
(Fujitsu Display Monitor Application- QuerySupport Failed)
(CIC PenX Tablet is not initialized)
(Fujitsu Display Monitor Application- WMI Error:Error accessing class instance)


Digitizer drivers missing ?
Screen drivers missing?
Any suggestions ?

There are a few posts about installing XP on the 3400/3500. Do a search and you should find detailed documents on how to get it working and where to get the necessary files. I believe sid6.8 was the author of the post.

Did you install 3500 video driver from fujitsu web site?

SP2 will break the rotation and pen sync. The same errors your seeing. If you followed Sid's instructions it should work as long as you don't install SP2.

I got it to work!!
Tahnk you all.
With XP video drivers you can not install pen drivers!
Finally I was able to install it ( I tried to install video drivers with no luck for few days)
When I install Fujitsu video drivers instead of the XP drivers I was able to install pen drivers from Fujitsu site.
For now ( with SP2) my screen is responding to my pen.
Another problem is setting a pen to work with PenX 2.02 and handwriter software.

I noticed you said its a Stylistic 3400, but
someone posted you to get the 3500 video driver.
Do not do that. The 3500 is an ATI video driver
and is the wrong one.

to see if I could purchase a copy of this partiucular operation system. Where do
you go to buy a copy of Tablet Edition?? Thank you.

In order to get a copy of the Tablet Edition you must be a memeber with MSDN and this way you can get the Tablet Edition, or make your own from the restore cd.
