I am trying to share my Outlook .pst folder on my TC1000 with my desktop computer for syncing over my wireless LAN. On the tablet, I opened File Explorer and right clicked to open properties. I said to share the folder that the .pst file is located in. Then I opened Outlook on the desktop and attempted to open the tablet pst file. It said that I did NOT have permission to do it. So then I went back to the tablet and shared the "documents and settings" folder (which the pst file is a subfolder of). Still the message that I did not have permission.
Any suggestions?

This is one of those processes that is oxymoronic...simple but complicated.
I suggest you go to your help and type in "Shared Folder." Just follow the lengthy directions.

Sounds like an Outlook permissions issue, not a windows issue. Outlook does associate .pst files with a user profile, that may be the issue. You may want to try to import it, but that won't solve your long term problem. There have been several threads on synching Outlook files, take a look at those. Not a simple process.
