Hey all- I wonder if you can help. I have an R10/R15.

For some reason, could be a software installation, my 5-way tablet button has been remapped. Now, instead of acting as arrow keys, it types a number between 1 and 5 whenever the button is moved.

I know you're going to tell me to go into Tablet & Pen settings and remap the button, but I've done that many times, and it doesn't work.

I think the solution is to rewrite the registry entry for the button. The regkeys are located in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Ta bletPC\TabletButtonand
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\TabletPC\TabletButton
There are 8 folders below this, and I have no clue what to enter as values. If someone could export (File>Export) this directory and send their good version to me to import, I think my problem might be solved.

Oh, and this problem was mentioned before on these forums: http://tabletpcbuzz.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=20912

Thanks! -Zach

Thanks, Rockjoa, I really appreciate that... but still messed up, unfortunately.

Any chance you could also upload the /ButtonActions/ key from the same registry directory?

I'm frustrated by this problem and don't know what's causing it. Any other guesses?

Yessss! Rockjoa, you are the best. I solved your problem, you solved my problem!

For anyone else with this annoying issue, the fix can be downloaded at

P.S. Toshiba support is worthless.
