For the last couple of days, I've been intrigued by a little Apple Mac utility that lets you use your Ericsson Bluetooth phone as a remote control - launching scripts on the machine remotely via BT. I figured it'd be neat as I use my Tablet PC as an MP3 player when it's sat in my rucksack and could do with a remote control for it...
Anyhows, if you own an Ericsson BT phone and a BT-enabled Tablet PC, you might want to check out PC Control - a little app that can be found at http://www.christersson.org/software_pccontrol.asp. It's not as fully featured as the Mac program, but lets you do things like control PowerPoint and MediaPlayer from your phone - very useful for presentations (I did one today!). A neat little Bluetooth utility that I hope get's developed to it's full potential.
I'm running it on a T68i via a TDK BT-USB adaptor and a TC1K - works a treat. There are some issues with the Winamp support in it, but these are addressed on the site's forum.
