I work a lot with Tasks that recur weekly and monthly - any thoughts how I could manage them easily? I am used to working with Date Book for Palm OS where setting up recurring tasks was easy. That's for any thoughts.

Tried the TabletPlanner 2.0 trail. They added recurring appointments. Works great. Syncs w/ Outlook.

Thanks, I am using V2 but I was looking for recurring tasks in addition to appointments. I don't do these tasks the some time each week.

I too would like recurring tasks. However, as a workaround, I simply have a recurring appointment instead, and when it occurs, I drag it to the Tasks list.

BTW drag-dropping from Tasks to Appointments is a great way of scheduling your day [^]

Ditto...scheduling recurring tasks as an appointment (check the "All Day" box so they show up at the top of the appointment list) works great. When you're ready to check it off, drag it to the task list; it won't affect the remaining recurring "appointments."

As already mentioned, dragging tasks into the appointment book is a great way to schedule your day and keep from skipping over something really important on the task list.
