Have a TC1000. wa sworking fine. put it on toady and comes upo with "press jog dial for systems utility" on the task bar. and then goes sits there doing nothing.Cannot get it to boot up .Any one has this problem or any ideas

I had the same problem after about a month. Called HP and was told to perform full recovery which meant formating the hard drive. Worked ok for a week or so, then crashed again. HP sent me a new hard drive and I got it today. I'm back running and I'm using it now to post this. Call HP to check it out.
