How do I upgrade my TC1000 memory?

What's the maximum memory this tablet PC will allow?

BTW, mine is the "512Mb" with 60GbHD model.

Thanks [thumbsup]

access the panel on the bottom..your TCK1000 will take another 512. I might be tempted to see if you really need it..severl third party chips will work..as long as it is 133 PC SODIMM for notebooks

BTW...if you do put in more...or not actually..when you check to see how much RAM you have..it will always show 24 meg LESS than you thought as the transmeta chip takes that 24 for the software operation...

I think the motherboard has 256meg soldered on. the 512meg model has a 256meg chip in the expansion slot. you can remove the 256meg chip and add a 512meg chip giving you the maximum amount for the tc1000 - 768meg.

iguanaman - remove the panel underneath the tc1000 to the left of the battery (with the battery positioned lower right) You should see the minipci slot with wifi card and the memory slot.
