I'm considering buying the Fujitsu Tablet soon.
I need to have the button on the pen be able to be customizable, so that it can act as a "hotkey", rather than simply as the right mouse button.
Does it have this capability out of the box?
I know that with the Acer Tablet that I have been testing, this was not originally possible, but then I was able to do this once I downloaded the new Wacom drivers from the Wacom site.
Having the button on the pen to be flexible, acting as any keyboard button or combination of buttons, is extremely important for the work I do with the Tablet!
Does the Fujitsu Tablet and Pen have this functionality?
Thanks!

It works just like the Acer. Out of the box, it doesn't, but if you install the Wacom driver you can assign the side switch to anything you want. I have mine assigned to the shift key so I can multiple select in Flash.
Above noted. Thanks. Now, I am bit confused, though; in reading a few earlier topics, it seems there is some controversy regarding the new drivers from Wacom. I don' seem to have any difficulties on my Acer test model. With the new drivers, I still have the ability to have "pressure sensitivity" where applicable. The pen seems as smooth. No significant issues, but I do now have the added benefit of the assignable side button.
Others with experience with this?
Thanks.

I was able to assign the side buttons with the native Fujitsu drivers via the "Pen and Tablet settings" control panel applet. However, it does not seem to support pressure sensitivity.

My mistake re pressure sensitivity. The native Fujitsu driver does suppor pressure sensitivity, (as most of you probably know). I had not enabled it in the software.
