It took me a while to find this in the Manual, but if you hold down the ESC with power you will get the option to hit F1. then you are in BIOS

I found this by with trial and error. Actually I tried escape first and it worked. I had some trouble a couple of months ago with some bad RAM and a bad Hard Drive..
