I posted a similar topic in the Fujitsu forum area but I thought I'd share my find here too just in case it helps anyone else. I found a 1 GB memory (pc2700/333mHz) SODIMM for $149. Works great on my tablet. I bought it from Fry's Electronics (www.outpost.com).
