Will any type work?

I am using Windows XP Pro with everything working, a 12 gig hard drive and 256 meg of ram.

Thanks.

HexHog,

You should find the set up standard for all IR mice.
These instructions should apply. Of course, your mouse will have it's own.

quote: How do I install the IR Mouse
The method of Installation is the same for all versions of Windows. There are no additional drivers required for the Infrared mouse, the Infrared mouse uses the standard Windows mouse driver.
1) Insert two AAA Batteries (not supplied) into the mouse.
2) Enable Infrared mouse in BIOS
Under Advanced
Keyboard/Mouse Features
Infrared Mouse enabled
** To use the touchpad at the same time change Internal Pointing device to Always Enabled **
3) On the underside of the mouse there is a switch, set this to either L (Low power / Short range) or H (High Power / Long Range).
4) Start Windows.

If you want to use the Fujitsu IR port you will have to use a Fujitsu IR mouse. I am aware of no other mouse that works with the Fujistu IR port. All other IR mouses use an external reciever pluged into your TPC. I have the Fujitsu IR mouse and it works well even when using the Fujitsu IR keyboard. Hope this helps...

Thank all in particular Rebel.

Will all Fujitsu IR mice work or is there a particular one that will work with the LT C-500? along with the IR keyboard.

As far as I know there is only one on the website ( i have that one ) and it works all of the Fujitsu tablets I have. Keyboard and mouse at the same time.
