Okay, if anyone is doing the free printer (Epson Stylus C86 $99 rebate) offer from Toshiba Direct, you have to watch out for one thing: Apparently, Toshiba Direct simply CAN'T put M200s (custom M200s, I think) and Epson Printers on the same receipts, and so the rebate request will get rejected by Epson. I don't know why they can't do something so simple, but according to Toshiba, the only way around this is to address the rebate request to the attention of Jen Davis, at Epson, who will then be able to honor the request. I don't know yet if this will work, but if it doesn't, I'm not gonna stop screaming at them until it does.
If your rebate was just sent out recently, you might want to call up and say something, because by the time they bounce it back to you and you get to send it back again, it's likely the rebate period will be over and there will then be even more hoops to jump through.
If you're about to purchase a custom built M200, or maybe any Toshiba for that matter, I'd say that the free printer probably isn't worth bothering with unless you can get this issue cleared up with Toshiba ahead of time.
