Help! Missing IE on fresh install

Hello, I have a tc1100 I wanna resell so I decided to do a clean install of the Tablet OS, everything went well UNTIL I got to the desktop and I notice that there is no IE link or .exe anywhere. I can't find it on either Disk 1 or Disc 2 or the Drivers CD that came with it. I can't get on the Internet to get the SP2 files without it, obviously. Any idea what went wrong?

If you just put in the #1 restore disc and reboot, it should automatically walk you through it and all you have to do is push 'ok' a few times. At a certain point is asks for restore disk #2. I've done it a few times on HPs and it's always been straight forward. I would just start over and do it again.

I am looking for a tc1100 to buy - what are the specs on yours, harward included, and asking price?
