Um, I don't speak German but from the gist of what you have written, I think what you're asking for is English recovery CD's, yes? You might want to ask your tech support in Germany if they have them, or write to tech support in the U.S. or the U.K. I would suggest that if you do that, you should write your request in English. If you want English recovery CD's I presume you must be able to read and write in English. Why else would you want them? I also doubt that they would supply them to you without you having to pay for them.

ja u r a right but i live in austria ..i read some information on this website about how can i make a tablet cd.but i dont have a cmpnents and i386 file. how can i make them?
and if i send a mail to acer.they can send me englisch version for my notebook?

Someone with more tchnical expertise than me will have to come into this thread to help you with that. As far as I'm aware, you should have those files. With reference to your query about writing to Acer, they may send you an English version, or they may not. You will have to write and ask. If they do agree to send them, you may very well have to pay for them.

You need those files to make it.. if you have system restore CDs you could run those, it'll put a clean install on your comp and you could make a Tablet PC OS CD once you have those files..
