Hello all.

I just bought a new TPC (Acer C110TCi), and am waiting for it to arrive.

I also have just purchased a D-Link Xtreme-G Wireless Networking Kit (b/g/Xtreme-G Router, with matching PCMCIA card), and am considering purchasing the new Intel Centrino 2200BG WiFi b+g MiniPCI card upgrade for my new TPC. ($65 here: http://www.escstore.com/product.asp?pf_id=WM3B2200BGMWB )

What I want to know, is how many people here would be interested in a step-by-step tutorial from start to finish on how to make all this networking ...work. I only have a crappy webcam to take digital pictures with, but i will include photos with this, if there is enough interest.

Hey, I can even annotate the pics with my new TPC! What fun [bday]

Please post here if there is interest. This may even affect my decision on shelling out the extra $$$ for that MiniPCI wireless card.

Both my TPC and WLAN equipment will hopefully arrive this week, so I can start on this and document as I go.

I will probably post a new thread in the General Discussion for this, and make it into a Journal-type section, where I'll post my progress as it becomes available. Later on, I will alter it into a more instructional format for everyone else.

I forsee several disposable cameras in my future (I dont have use of my Digital Camera, unfortunately :-( )
